Recovery Mouth Tape
Recovery doesn't clock out when practice does — a lot of it happens while you sleep. Recovery Mouth Tape is a small, gentle strip that supports nasal breathing through the night, so you build a calmer, more consistent wind-down. Made for 6 a.m. lifts and late nights.
- 🌙 Encourages nasal breathing all night
- 🩹 Gentle, skin-friendly adhesive
- 📦 30 strips — a full month
Your night — without vs. with
| Without | With Recovery Mouth Tape |
| Mouth falls open, dry-mouth wake-ups | Stay nose-breathing from lights-out to alarm |
| Restless, groggy before early practice | A simple, repeatable wind-down habit |
Why athletes pick ours
- Gentle, skin-friendly adhesive — holds all night, peels off clean
- 30 strips per box — a full month, not a sample pack
- Built around a real recovery routine, with clear how-to-use guidance
Good to know (the honest part)
- The first few nights feel strange — most people settle in within a week.
- Clean, dry skin helps it stay put and lift off cleaner.
- Sensitive skin? Ease in with a couple of nights a week.
How to use — nose first, tape second
If your nose feels stuffy, clear it (or use the Nasal Dilators) before applying — never tape over a blocked nose. Press a fresh strip onto clean, dry skin right before bed, and peel it off gently in the morning.
Who it's not for
Skip mouth tape if you have congestion you can't clear, a cold, sleep apnea, or any trouble breathing through your nose. If you have a breathing or sleep condition, talk to a doctor first. Under 18? Check with a parent or doctor before trying it. Remove it right away if anything feels off.
